On Friday, September 9th at the former Smalley’s Inn restaurant in Carmel, NY, Republican Putnam County Executive candidate and current Assemblyman Kevin Byrne was joined by fellow Republican candidates and supporters to celebrate the grand opening of his campaign headquarters which will be available for all Putnam County GOP candidates for the November general election. The grand opening was emceed by Carmel Town Councilman Steve Baranowski with long-time Putnam County Republican Committee Chairman and former Putnam County Republican Election Commissioner Anthony Scannapieco, Jr., leading the pledge of allegiance, and featured remarks from numerous federal, state and county candidates.
“We have an excellent slate of state, county, and local Republican candidates running for office this November, beginning with Lee Zeldin for Governor”, said Byrne. Our state and county need fresh ideas and new leadership to ensure our communities continue to thrive and meet their maximum potential. While I run and work to serve all our residents, as a life-long registered Republican the GOP has always been where I have found a home. It is the party this November that will respect the rule of law, stand up for our military and first responders, listen to parents and families, and will work to fight inflation and new onerous taxes that hinders prosperity and economic growth.
