Roll Call: Albany Lawmakers Attendance Records

First year in Albany, perfect attendance!

New York Lawmakers shouldn’t need kudos for simply showing up to do the job they were elected to do; however, it is always refreshing to see our state representatives taking their elected positions seriously.  Freshman Assemblyman Kevin Byrne is a perfect example, making every scheduled vote in Albany without missing a single one.

“It’s always nice to be recognized for a job well done, but this is simply doing what I was elected to do.  Making votes should be the expectation, unless there is some sort of extreme hardship.” said Byrne.  “I always feel honored to represent my neighbors in the 94th Assembly District.  I look forward to many repeats of perfect attendance in the future.”
