West Harrison, NY – On Friday, May 19, 2017, Assemblyman Byrne was recognized by the New York State GOP’s Empire Club as a “Rising Star” of the Hudson Valley. Byrne was nominated by Westchester Republican County Chairman Doug Colety along with Westchester County Legislator David Tubiolo. Both officials are presently in their first term and continue to make waves as young, energetic Republicans dedicated to the constituents they represent.
“It is an honor to be recognized by the Empire Club as one of Hudson Valley’s ‘Rising Stars”, said Byrne. “Now serving as a state representative for the people of Westchester and Putnam counties has been a truly humbling and amazing experience. I look forward to what the future may bring.”
New York State Republican Chairman Ed Cox and Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino were also in attendance to share their appreciation for the honorees.
